How it works
-
Upload your feed

Pick your channels
Each channel has its own rules. We check your feed against the ones you sell on.
-
Fix what’s flagged
Every problem comes with a plain-English explanation, the exact products affected and how to fix it.
What we check
- Required columns. id, title, description, link, image_link, price and availability, plus condition and brand for Meta.
- Column names. Headers like “Image Link” or “image-link” that a channel won’t recognize, with the exact name to use.
- Prices. A number followed by a currency code, like 29.99 USD, and no missing prices.
- Links. Product and image links that are full web addresses starting with https://.
- Availability. Values each channel accepts, written the way that channel expects.
- Duplicate IDs. Products that share an id and would knock each other out.
- Clothing details. Age group, gender, color and size that Google requires for apparel.
- File basics. UTF-8 or Latin-1 encoding and rows with the right number of columns.
Questions
Is my product data safe?
Yes. Your file is read and checked entirely inside your browser. It’s never uploaded to us or anyone else, and nothing is saved once you close the page.
If my feed passes, will my products be approved?
Not guaranteed. We check the most common reasons products get rejected, but each channel also reviews things we can’t see from a file, like your images, landing pages and policies.
What files can I check?
CSV, TSV (tab-separated) and XML product feeds with up to 20,000 products. If you have an Excel file, save it as CSV first.
I uploaded my Shopify or WooCommerce export and got lots of errors. Why?
A store’s product export isn’t in the format the channels need. We’ll spot that and tell you the easiest way to get a proper feed.
Does it cost anything?
No. The feed checker is free and doesn’t need an account.
